# Hướng dẫn cài đặt máy in

## I. CÀI ĐẶT MÁY IN

1. **Thêm máy in bằng TCP/IP Port**

2. **Vào Printer Management để cấu hình IP và driver cho máy in**

## II. Thêm User và cấp quyền cho User

1. **Thêm User cho máy in**

2. **Cấp quyền cho User**

Cho phép User được in, quản lý máy in hoặc quản lý tài liệu.

## III. TRUY CẬP MÁY IN

1. **Các bước để thêm máy in vào máy tính**

**Bước 1:** Add user và chọn máy in

* Mở Control Panel > User Account > Credentials Manager > Manage Windows Credentials để add account máy in

**Bước 2:** Truy cập vào đường dẫn
